Chocolate Ganache… extremely simple but pure indulgence…
I wanted to make a cake for my kid’s B’day and for the topping, made this ganache. You can even have it as it is. I have stored some in my refrigerator and keep having a mouthful now and then 🙂
Chocolate – 220gms
Fresh Cream – 250ml
- Chop the chocolate. I used dark chocolate since I like the light bitterness in them. If you have refrigerated the chocolate, bring it to room temperature before chopping.
2. Heat the cream in a saucepan for a few minutes. You need not take it to boiling point, just hot enough to melt the chocolate.
3. Take the chopped chocolate in a bowl, add the hot cream and whisk together.
Yummy and mouthwatering Chocolate Ganache is now done.
