Chocolate Ganache

Chocolate Ganache… extremely simple but pure indulgence…

I wanted to make a cake for my kid’s B’day and for the topping, made this ganache. You can even have it as it is. I have stored some in my refrigerator and keep having a mouthful now and then 🙂

Ingredients:

Chocolate – 220gms

Fresh Cream – 250ml

Method:

  1. Chop the chocolate. I used dark chocolate since I like the light bitterness in them. If you have refrigerated the chocolate, bring it to room temperature before chopping.Chopped dark chocolate

2. Heat the cream in a saucepan for a few minutes. You need not take it to boiling point, just hot enough to melt the chocolate.Boiling fresh cream

3. Take the chopped chocolate in a bowl, add the hot cream and whisk together.Hot cream on chocolate

Yummy and mouthwatering Chocolate Ganache is now done.
