Beans Stir Fry

This is a super simple, super quick but super tasty and super healthy dish with beans. It takes less than 10 minutes to make and can be had as such like a snack.


Beans – 100 gms

White Sesame seeds – 2-3 tbsp

Broken dry red chilli – 1

Olive oil – 1/2 tbsp

Salt to taste


  1. Wash and trim the edges of beans, add a little salt and steam them for about 5-7 minutes. Don’t overcook them. The vegetable must have a little crunch in them.Beans stir fry 1
  2. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown and set aside.Beans stir fry 2
  3. In the same pan, heat olive oil, add the broken red chilli and add the steamed beans. Saute them on a high flame until a light brown char forms on the beans. Add salt if necessary. Beans stir fry 3
  4. Add the toasted sesame seeds and give a quick toss and serve hot.Beans stir fry 4
